Strickland I been more inspired by hislife. I work for a nonprofit organization, which was established in 2001 very small in a rural community. I have often dreamed of having diversied programs in our community to help provide programs for youth in our community. We have been blessed with a few state/federal grant funds, and we use words in which our CEO quote "Start where at, use what you got and do the best you can." He also states "He would solves problems gets paid". I was so impress by Mr Strickland story after being assigned a case for Analysis: A Potter's Wheel from the book Organizations behavior, structure, processess by Gibson/Ivancevich/Donnelly/Konopaske 13th ed. I have just started school for my master in business administration at the age of 50.
