Emma Goodman provides professional support to the Chief Stragey Officer and the Portfolio Team.

Prior to joining Skoll, Emma was a Farm Apprentice on a small-scale, organic farm in western Marin called Green Gulch Farm.  Before pursuing her passion for sustainable agriculture, Emma was the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of the environmental education nonprofit NatureBridge.  She began her professional career at POM Wonderful as the Administrative Assistant at the Bay Area regional distribution facility.

Emma earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Latin America at Vassar College.  While at Vassar, she actively worked with the college to create a more sustainable waste disposal system that focused on student participation in a composting program.  Emma was employed by the college to teach English Language Learners at local public schools.  During her junior year, she studied abroad with the School for International Training in Ecuador, where she studied Spanish language, development and traveled extensively.
